How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill up fast. That said, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Great Lakes region. Contact us with your location and we will confirm whether we can make it to you. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

Can I book for a weekday event?

Absolutely! We are available seven days a week. Weekday bookings are often easier to schedule and may have more flexible time slots available.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will work with you to find a solution, including rescheduling to a future date.

What exactly is a Rolling Video Games party?

Rolling Video Games is a state-of-the-art mobile video game theatre that comes directly to your event location. Our custom-built vehicle features six widescreen HD TVs, custom stadium seats with built-in vibration motors synced to the game action, surround sound, and the latest gaming consoles — all operated by a professional Game Coach.

How many players can play at once?

Up to 16 players can game simultaneously inside and outside the theatre. Our Game Coach manages rotations so every guest gets plenty of playtime throughout the event.

What gaming consoles and games do you have?

We carry the latest gaming consoles including PlayStation and Xbox, loaded with a wide library of titles across all genres. Visit our Gaming Library page for the full list. We work with you before the event to select games appropriate for your guests’ ages.

Do guests need to bring anything?

Nothing at all! We bring everything — the theatre, the consoles, the games, the controllers, and the Game Coach. All your guests need to bring is their enthusiasm.

How long does a typical party last?

Can adults play too?

Definitely! Rolling Video Games is a blast for all ages. We have titles suited for young children all the way through adults, and our Game Coaches know how to keep every age group engaged and having fun.

Question 12

Where does the truck park?

We need a flat, paved surface such as a driveway, parking lot, or street in front of your home or venue. The truck requires approximately 40 feet of length and 12 feet of width. We will confirm the parking plan with you before the event.

Do you need access to electricity or water?

No external power or water hookups are needed. Our mobile theatre is fully self-contained with its own generator, so we can set up virtually anywhere.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

We typically arrive 20–30 minutes before the event start time to set up, and breakdown takes about 15–20 minutes after the event ends. This time is not counted against your booked party time.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain is no problem — the interior of the theatre is fully enclosed and climate-controlled. In the event of severe weather such as lightning or high winds, we will work with you to reschedule for everyone’s safety.

Can you set up at a park or school?

Yes! We regularly service parks, schools, community centers, and corporate campuses. Just make sure there is adequate flat parking space available. Some venues may require proof of insurance, which we are happy to provide.

Is a deposit required to hold my date?
