Our Safety Commitments
Sanitized Equipment
All controllers, headsets, and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized before and after every event. We use EPA-approved disinfectants to ensure a clean gaming environment for every guest.
Supervised Gaming
A professionally trained Game Coach is present at every event to supervise gameplay, ensure age-appropriate content, and make sure every guest is having a safe and positive experience.
Vehicle Safety
Our mobile theatre is regularly inspected and maintained to the highest standards. The vehicle is fully insured and operated by experienced, licensed drivers.
Age-Appropriate Content
We work with parents and event organizers to ensure all games are appropriate for the age group attending. Our Game Coaches are trained to select and recommend suitable titles.
Event Guidelines
To ensure every guest has the best possible experience, we ask all participants to follow these simple guidelines during the event.
- All guests must follow the Game Coach's instructions at all times.
- No food or drinks inside the gaming theatre.
- Players must take turns and treat fellow guests with respect.
- Any guest displaying aggressive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to take a break.
- Parents or guardians are welcome to accompany younger children inside the theatre.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions (e.g., photosensitive epilepsy) prior to the event.
- Maximum capacity limits will be enforced to ensure comfort and safety for all guests.
- The Game Coach reserves the right to pause or end gameplay if safety is a concern.
Photosensitive Epilepsy Notice
Some video games contain flashing lights and rapidly changing images that may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy. Please inform us before the event if any guest has this condition so we can select appropriate games and take necessary precautions.
Fully Insured
Great Lakes Rolling Video Games carries full liability insurance. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request for school events, corporate functions, or any venue that requires it.

What age groups do you accommodate?
We cater to all ages, from young children to adults. Our Game Coaches tailor the experience to the age group present — younger kids get guided instruction, while teens and adults enjoy more competitive gameplay.
Are the games appropriate for young children?
Absolutely. We work with you before the event to select age-appropriate titles. We strictly follow ESRB ratings and will never play content that is not suitable for the youngest guests present.
What happens in bad weather?
Our mobile theatre is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so light rain is not a problem. In the event of severe weather (lightning, high winds), we will work with you to reschedule for everyone's safety.
Is the equipment safe for kids with sensory sensitivities?
We can adjust volume levels, screen brightness, and vibration intensity on our stadium seats. Please let us know about any sensory needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
